TechServe Alliance Board of Directors Elects Three New Members


Alexandria, VA, November 18, 2011 – TechServe Alliance, a collaboration of IT services firms, clients, consultants and suppliers, announced the election of three new members to its Board of Directors.

The new directors are Robert M. Dickey, President, Randstad Technologies (2012 Term), Donald Goldberg, CEO, ConsultNet, LLC (2012-2013 Term) and Enoch S. Timothy, Sr., President and CEO, Paladin Consulting (2013-2013 Term).

The three new at-large directors, who were selected from among 13 highly qualified applicants, were the first to be directly elected by the Board under recent changes to TechServe Alliance's governance process.

"I am excited about both the breadth and depth of industry and leadership experience of our new board colleagues," stated Sue Thaden, President and CEO of Client Resources, who will serve as President of the Board of Directors during 2012.

About Robert M. Dickey

Robert M. Dickey is President of Randstad Technologies, (formerly Sapphire Technologies), with headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts. Joining Sapphire in 1994 as an Account Manager, Bob held has held multiple roles with the company including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, and Vice President. Most recently, as Executive Vice President, Robert was responsible for the day-to-day sales strategy for the organization and was instrumental for reinforcing the company's culture. Under his skilled direction, Randstad Technologies has experienced tremendous growth and development with clients in virtually every sector. Robert holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

About Donald Goldberg

Don Goldberg has over 31 years of experience in Business Management Consulting in the technology industry. Don's staffing career began at New Boston Systems (now Randstad Technologies), where he developed the infrastructure, business methodology and client relationships that contributed to their success through changing economies. Currently, as CEO and founder of ConsultNet headquartered in South Jordan, UT, Don frames the vision, and helps to shape the company's strategy and innovation by managing prioritization, aligning resources, and promulgating accountability across the company. Don holds a BS in Marketing from Plymouth State University.

About Enoch S. Timothy

Enoch S. Timothy is President of CEO of Paladin Consulting, Inc., headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Enoch came to Paladin after holding technical and leadership posts with Harris Corporation and Monsanto.
