Enoch S. Timothy

Chairman

Mr. Timothy is a results-oriented veteran of the IT industry who currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Paladin. Prior to joining Paladin he held technical and leadership posts with public companies including Monsanto and Harris Corporation. Enoch's conviction that "integrity is the foundation of professionalism" has buttressed his record of successfully delivering results on time and within budget. Additionally his previous industry experience has shaped Paladin's pursuit of excellence in delivering full service and satisfaction to our clients.

During his time as Paladin’s President and CEO, Paladin was named among the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc Magazine. Dallas, Texas-based Paladin Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1983 and has more than 12 offices serving clients throughout the United States.

He is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a B.S. in Computer Science with honors. He is also a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with an MBA in Management with honors. In addition to his role as Chairman at Paladin, Mr. Timothy serves on the board of directors for 6Stones (a Catalyst of Hope) and as a member of the TechServe Alliance board of directors.

Sam Timothy

President & CEO

Sam Timothy was appointed President and CEO in May 2013. Sam is passionate about the value that staffing provides to today’s economy. He has many years of experience as a leader in the staffing industry as well as several years as a staffing industry customer where he ran effective finance teams using staffing services.

Sam served Paladin as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2003 until his promotion to his current role. During this time, Paladin experienced significant national growth. Under his strategic leadership, Paladin has transformed their business processes and product offerings. Prior to Paladin, Mr. Timothy was Vice President of Quality at Hudson Advisors, an international private equity firm. At Hudson, he implemented the Six Sigma Quality Process where he led several successful projects. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors, Mr. Timothy spent ten years at General Electric Capital Corporation. At GE, he served as Chief Financial Officer for GE SimuFlite Training International, where he led the organization through significant expansion and growth. He also gained M&A experience by leading the sale of SimuFlite to Canada's CAE Corporation. Prior to his position at GE SimuFlite, Mr. Timothy held positions as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in GE's Insurance business as well as time as the Controller for GE Real Estate's Asset Management Business. During his career at General Electric, Mr. Timothy was selected and graduated from GE's highly regarded Experienced Financial Leadership Program and was recognized with the GE Capital Pinnacle Award.

Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Six Sigma Certified Black-Belt. In addition to his role at Paladin, Sam serves on the University of Texas at Arlington’s Accounting Advisory Board.

Nathan Stilwill

VP of Sales and Marketing

As VP of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Stilwill leads the sales teams responsible for all new customer acquisition and existing customer satisfaction for Paladin. He leads the Marketing Communications and Events teams in their execution of the go-to-market strategy for Paladin's service. Mr. Stilwill has been with Paladin for 13+ years where he has severed successfully in several roles. Before being promoted to his current role Mr. Stilwill has served in the following roles Account Executive, National Account Executive and Manager of National Accounts.

Prior to joining Paladin, Mr. Stilwill held a variety of sales and management positions including ownership of ITC. Mr. Stilwill has completed executive and Management development courses at SMU COX, University of Texas and Texas A&M University.

Tony Radcliffe

Director of Recruiting

Tony Radcliffe is a nine year veteran of the recruiting industry and possesses over seven years of expertise in the IT staffing industry including Staff Augmentation, SOW/Project Resourcing, Co-Employment Risk Mitigation, and ERP engagement and solutions. Mr. Radcliffe is known for being a results oriented leader and producer. Tony has successfully lead recruiting teams and personally recruited top talent in Information Technology field across multiple verticals and numerous markets in the U.S. Prior to his current role as the Director of Recruiting, Mr. Radcliffe was the Director of Sales and Recruiting over Paladin’s Houston market.

Previous to joining Paladin Consulting, Mr. Radcliffe held leadership and recruiting roles with Apex Systems, Inc. and Vector Marketing where he obtained multiple national top performer awards. He studied Communications and Business at Texas A&M University.

Jim Brown

Director of Human Resources

Jim Brown has more than 14 years experience in the Human Resources (HR) arena. He is passionate in his pursuit of excellence in all aspects of staffing, employee development, training, benefits, teamwork, and process flow and document management. Jim’s priority is to ever improve Paladin associate’s experience. He leads the HR department towards continuous process improvement from on-boarding/benefits to skill advancement and career growth for all associates whether performing internal and/or external roles.

He has a broad range of experience that includes other client facing operational departments that provides a solid foundation for process quality.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and a Masters degree from University of Texas at Arlington.
