Mail server rebuild


Background

One of the fastest-growing preferred provider organizations in the United States includes more than 350,000 physician providers and 3,700 health care facilities.

Problem

The company’s Exchange Mail Server failed during business hours. This caused chaos for the firm, which relies extensively on e-mail for transmission of physician data, patient data and claims.
