Paladin Consulting's Human Resources Director
Participates in Metroplex-wide Employment Panel

Dallas, TX --- Paladin Consulting, Inc. continues to show community leadership through participation in a recent metroplex-wide Human Resources (HR) panel for top executives in the Dallas/Fort Worth area hosted by National African-American Women's Leadership Institute (NAAWLI) featuring Tonyia Williams, Paladin Human Resources Director.

The panel discussed "Leadership in Tough Times" focusing on what HR managers are or should be looking for from candidates in these uncertain economic times to help candidates position themselves to rise to the top of the candidate pool. Serving alongside Williams on the panel were Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Darla Whitaker, of Texas Instruments; Vice President of the American Lung Association, Robin Jones and Human Resources Manager for GE Aviation, Sheryl Edwards.

NAAWLI looks to combine personal growth and professional development to stimulate the mind, challenge the body and renew the spirit in a holistic leadership model that brings together women from diverse backgrounds and varied careers to enhance their leadership skills and potential. In doing so, they help participants improve their local communities by shaping a vision and then implementing that vision to promote youth development, foster health and wellness, promote civic engagement, and encourage community involvement.
