DALLAS BASED COMPANY PALADIN CONSULTING, INC. ANNOUNCES ENHANCEMENTS TO ITS 401K PLAN INCLUDING IMMEDIATE VESTING OF COMPANY MATCHING FUNDS

DALLAS, TX - September 24, 2008 Paladin Consulting’s Director of Human Resources, Tonyia Williams announced significant enhancements to the 401k plan that will become effective 1/1/2009.

Some details on this upgrade include:

1.) Paladin’s matching funds will be immediately fully vested.
2.) Paladin will match - 100% of the 1st 3% of your earnings ~ plus 50% of the next 2% of your compensation (this means you are able to get company match dollars up to 4% of your earnings)
3.) Safe harbor status have you ever had your 401k deferral money sent back to you at the end of the year? I know many participants have and it is not a happy experience, changes to our plan will secure safe harbor status and prevent this from ever happening to our associates.
4.) New Eligibility means 1 year of accumulated service at any official entry date, there will be two entry dates each year ~1/1 and 7/1
a. All participants must be at least twenty one (21) years of age
b. A new hire may rollover money to the plan prior to meeting the eligibility requirements. We need an enrollment form prior to receiving the money so that we have investment instructions. They would then become a participant and able to defer earnings and receive matching once they meet eligibility requirements.

Williams described the 2009 401k plan as an excellent employee advantage and tremendous tool for reducing an associates federal income tax payments and bolstering ones ability to secure a brighter personal financial future.
