Enoch S. Timothy

President, CEO

Mr. Timothy is a results-oriented veteran of the IT industry. Prior to joining Paladin he held technical and leadership posts with public companies including Monsanto and Harris Corporation. Enoch’s conviction that "integrity is the foundation of professionalism" has buttressed his record of successfully delivering results on time and within budget. Additionally his previous industry experience has shaped Paladin’s pursuit of excellence in delivering full service and satisfaction to our clients.

Under his leadership Paladin has been named among the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc Magazine. Dallas, Texas-based Paladin Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1983 and has more than 12 offices serving clients throughout the United States.

He is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a B.S. in Computer Science with honors. He is also a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with an MBA in Management with honors.


Nathan Stilwill

Director of Business Development

Nathan Stilwill is a 15-year veteran in consultative sales and management leadership for the IT staffing and project solutions markets. Mr. Stilwill has placed Paladin talent nationally for numerous Fortune 500 companies across multiple vertical markets. During his 7+ years at Paladin he has served in several capacities, most recently as a National Accounts Executive. In this capacity, he significantly improved our national single point of contact (SPOC) and client service processes. Mr. Stilwill received the Star Award, Paladin’s most prestigious sales/account management honor for three consecutive years. He is recognized for his knowledge and expertise across the spectrums of business development and customer service.

Prior to joining Paladin Consulting, Mr. Stilwill had responsibility for sales and new customer development at Sears, ServiceMaster and ITC. Mr. Stilwill attended Texas A&M University and completed numerous Sales/National Account Management Training courses at the University of Texas and the SMU Cox School of Business.


Douglas Roark

Director of Recruiting

Douglas Roark is a 13-year veteran in recruiting and management leadership in the IT staffing and project solutions markets. Mr. Roark is known for achieving success in the face of challenge and has built a solid reputation in the field of IT recruiting. Douglas has placed Paladin talent of various types in numerous Fortune 500 companies in multiple vertical markets across the U.S. During his 9+ years at Paladin he served in several capacities, most recently as a Lead Recruiter, where Mr. Roark provided leadership to one of Paladin’s diversified recruiting teams supporting multiple market verticals and several national accounts, Mr. Roark has achieved many Paladin achievement awards including Ace and the prestigious Star Award. He is recognized for his knowledge and expertise across the spectrum of recruiting and customer service processes.

Prior to joining Paladin Consulting, Mr. Roark had responsibility for training, recruiting and management at Brand Industrial Services, Records Experts, Inc. and Link Staffing Services. Mr. Roark attended University of Texas at Arlington.


Sam Timothy

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Sam Timothy served Paladin as Chief Financial Officer before being named Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Paladin, Mr. Timothy was Vice President of Quality for Hudson Advisors, an international private equity firm. At Hudson, he implemented the Six Sigma Quality Process where he led several successful projects. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors, Mr. Timothy worked many years for General Electric Capital Corporation and as Chief Financial Officer for GE’s SimuFlite Training International, where led the organization through significant expansion and growth. He also gained M&A experience by leading the sale of SimuFlite to Canada’s CAE Corporation. Prior to his position at GE SimuFlite, Mr. Timothy held positions as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in GE’s Insurance business as well as the Controller for GE Real Estate’s Asset Management Business. During his career at General Electric, Mr. Timothy was selected and graduated from GE’s highly regarded Experienced Financial Leadership Program.

Mr. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Six Sigma Certified Black-Belt.


Tonyia T. Williams

Human Resources Manager

Tonyia Williams has served in Human Resources functions for more than 10 years. She is passionate in her pursuit of excellence in all aspects of staffing, employee development, training, benefits, teamwork, process flow and document management. She demonstrates strategic thinking as she undertakes the many responsibilities and challenges of the high volume fast paced world of human resources. Rest assured that she views all scenarios and or situations through the lens of our associate’s perspective. Her depth of experience covers the full range of human resource functions in both entrepreneurial and fortune 100 settings. Before joining to Paladin, Tonyia was employed at Texas Instruments, Inc..

Tonyia holds a Bachelors degree from Texas A&M and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Dallas.
